Busy Betsy !

Mom has been keeping busy!
Lately she has been having some fun with torn/ripping larger strips of wool.
These first two are not finished just yet. As you can see in the first photo, Mom puts a few of her mats all on one piece of linen. It saves linen but I think it is just to put off the finishing.
Wish I could have gotten a better picture of this one. The colors are gorgeous!
 Cats on a fence:
and now in the grass because the coast is clear from the neighbor's guinea hens that keep coming on her property to attack us!
 A pumpkin using cut paisley
Mom's horse pillow using all different wools ( remnant bags available on our website :) )
The side view of the horse pillow using a Primitive whipping stitch to hold the torn cotton binding

Hope you all had a great weekend!

Are you saying the pumpkin rug is hooked with paisley wool that you sell? Or was an antique paisley shawl used? All these projects are just wonderful - love the braided edge on the horse pillow!

Hi Gayle , It is a paisley shawl cut with her regular wool cutter. :)

I like the colors in everything. I like the primitive whipping on the horse pillow too, I have not seen that done!
